Whole Wheat Israeli Couscous

Ingredients

  • 1 C whole wheat Israeli couscous
  • 1 1/4 C water
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Mise en Place

  • Measure out couscous, water, and salt

Cook Couscous

  • In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add salt once boiling (optional)
  • Stir in couscous, cover, and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally
  • Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes
  • Fluff couscous lightly with fork before serving

Serve

  • Serve and enjoy!
