Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 ounce) cannellini beans. drained rinsed, and mashed
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix beans, olive oil, garlic, oregano, and lemon juice together.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with veggie crackers and enjoy!
