Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon, washed and chopped into 1 inch cubes
  • 2 cups grapefruit, washed, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup cucumber, washed, peeled and diced
  • 1 sprig mint, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

In large bowl, mix together watermelon, grapefruit, cucumber, and mint.

Add vinegar, honey, and olive oil.

Mix until all ingredients are coated.

Serve and enjoy!
