Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber, seedless, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
  • 2 tablespoons dill, torn
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine cucumber, tomatoes, dill, garlic, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

If time allows, let stand for 1 hour or you can serve immediately.

Serve and enjoy!
