Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat pita bread
  • 1/4 C tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 C black olives, chopped
  • 1/4 C feta cheese

Directions

Mise en place

  • Wash and dry produce.
  • Measure out all ingredients.

Prepare

  • Break each pita pocket into 4 pieces.
  • Place all remaining ingredients inside the 1/4 pita.

Serve and enjoy!
