Ingredients

  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp dill, fresh
  • 1 C greek yogurt, non fat, plain
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mise en Place

  • Plank, slice, and dice the cucumber into very small pieces
  • Peel the garlic. Mince the garlic and dill

Prepare the Dip

  • In a bowl add the yogurt, cucumber, dill, garlic, and lemon juice
  • Mix to combine
  • Taste and season with salt and pepper

Serve

  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to use
  • Can be used as a sauce for gyros or as a dip or salad dressing
  • Serve and enjoy!
