Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup whole grain cereal
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 2 tablespoon sunflower seeds (raw)
  • 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Directions

In a small bowl, combine the cereal, raisins, and sunflower seeds.

Fill four small bowls with 1/4 cup of yogurt and a drizzle of honey, about 1/2 teaspoon.

Top each with trail mix.

Serve and enjoy!
