Ingredients

  • 16 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 1/2 C mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mise en place

  • Wash and dry produce.
  • Using a plastic or metal spoon, scoop out the guts from the tomatoes.
  • Tear up the basil leaves into small pieces.
  • Grate mozzarella.
  • Measure out ingredients.

Prepare

  • In a small bowl, combine the cheese, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.

Serve

  • Fill the empty tomatoes with the cheese mixture. Enjoy!
