Swedish Wraps with Yogurt Dill Sauce

Ingredients

Wrap

  • 5 large whole wheat grain wraps or whole grain tortillas, warmed
  • 1/4 – 1/2 pound of protein (options include: smoked salmon, thinly sliced cooked chicken breast, or chickpeas)
  • 2 cups of mixed leafy greens (about 5 ounces)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Yogurt-Dill Sauce

  • 1/2 tablespoon dill, torn into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Warm the tortillas or wraps and then layer the leafy greens and protein, and top with the yogurt-dill cream sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Fold up one edge of the flatbread and wrap it around so the sides overlap one another. Enjoy!
