Sautéed Spinach and Carrots

Ingredients

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 10-oz bag spinach, fresh

Directions

Mise en Place

  • Peel carrots and garlic
  • Slice carrots and mince garlic
  • Measure out sesame oil

Prepare the Batter

  • In a medium skillet, heat oil over medium
  • Sauté carrots just until they turn bright orange.
  • Add spinach and garlic and continue to sauté.
  • Once the spinach wilts, mix in the Bibimbop Sauce

Serve

  • Serve warm and enjoy!
