Sautéed Spinach and Carrots

Ingredients

  • 2 carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 9 ounces baby spinach, washed and dried
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Bibimbap Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Directions

Heat oil in a medium skillet.

Sauté carrots just until they turn bright orange. Add the spinach and continue to sauté.

Once the spinach wilts, mix in the Bibimbap Sauce.

Remove from heat and keep warm until assembling bowls.
