Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C pumpkin seeds (raw)
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • Salt to taste

Directions

Mise en place

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Measure out the ingredients.

Prepare

  • Place seeds in a bowl with olive oil, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Toss to combine and evenly coat all seeds.
  • Spread the seeds onto the parchment paper lined baking sheet into a single layer.
  • Bake for about 45 minutes or until the seeds begin to turn golden brown.
  • Stir the seeds every 15 minutes while baking to ensure they do not burn.
