Ingredients

  • 8 baby carrots
  • 3/4 C nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 Tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Directions

Mise en place

  • Wash and dry the baby carrots.
  • Measure all the ingredients.
  • Measure the yogurt into a small bowl for mixing.

Prepare

  • Mix in the dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and ground black pepper into the bowl with the yogurt.
  • Divide the dip and baby carrots evenly among the four plates.

Serve and enjoy!
