Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 jalapeño
  • 2 Tbsp onion
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 lime
  • Cilantro (optional)

Directions

Mise en place

  • Dice tomato and onion.
  • Seed and mince the jalapeno.

Prepare

  • Add jalapeno and onion to a bowl with tomatoes.
  • Squeeze juice of one lime over bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Optional: finish with chopped cilantro.

Serve and enjoy!
