Peach Corn Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1/4 C peaches
  • 1/4 C tomato
  • 2 Tbsp red onion
  • 2 Tbsp cilantro
  • 1/4 C Corn
  • 1/2 lime
  • 8 whole wheat tortilla chips

Directions

Mise en Place

  • Peel the peach and onion. Dice peach, onion, and tomato.
  • Chop the cilantro
  • Slice the lime in half

Prepare the Salsa

  • In a large bowl, add peaches, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and corn.
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Squeeze the juice from the lime over the bowl and toss until well coated

Serve

  • Serve with chips
  • Enjoy!
