In a bowl, mix peaches, blueberries, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla. Pour into the dish.
In another bowl, combine oats, flour, oil, honey, and salt. Mix until crumbly.
Sprinkle topping over fruit and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving.
