Orange & Honey Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless Pork Chops
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 oranges, juiced
  • 1/4 C honey
  • 1 Tbsp parsley

Directions

Mise en place

  • Turn on the oven and allow the broiler to preheat to high.
  • Peel and mince the garlic.
  • Measure out the ingredients.

Prepare

  • Sprinkle pork chops with garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Place on a baking tray and put in the oven under the broiler for 6-7 minutes. Flip pork chops over and allow the other side to broil for 6-7 minutes. Check to see if cooked to an internal temperature of 150°F. If not, decrease broiler to low and continue cooking until internal temperature is reached.
  • Combine orange juice and honey; brush on pork chops and broil for 1 more minute on high. Turn and repeat with the other side.
  • Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve and enjoy!
