Preheat broiler to high heat and cover a sheet pan in aluminum foil.
Sprinkle pork chops with garlic, salt, and pepper.
Place on baking tray and put in the oven under the broiler for 6-7 minutes.
Flip pork chops over and allow the other side to broil for 6-7 minutes.
Check to see if cooked to an internal temperature of 150° F. If not, decrease broiler to low and continue cooking until internal temperature is reached.
Combine orange juice and honey in a bowl to form a dressing.
Brush the dressing onto the pork chops.
Place back into the oven and broil for 1 minute on high.
Turn and repeat with the other side.
Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
