Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

Add ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until well combined.

Serving and storage recommendations:

  • Transfer the sauce to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator. Use within 3 weeks. Stir lightly before measuring. Use as a marinade, stir-fry sauce, or dipping sauce. For marinades, use 1/4 cup of sauce to marinate 1 pound of protein. For stir-fry, start with ¼ cup of sauce for 4-6 servings and adjust to taste.
