Ingredients

  • 1/4 C rice vinegar
  • 1/2 C low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions

Mise En Place

  • Measure rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, cayenne, salt & pepper

Prepare sauce

  • Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until well combined.

Serving recommendations:

  • Use sauce to make a stir-fry. ¼ C of sauce can flavor a dish for 4-6 people.
  • Save the rest in an airtight container in the fridge.
  • When stored correctly, it can last several weeks.
