- 2 C frozen mango
- 1 Tbsp lime, juiced
- 3/4 C nonfat plain yogurt
Mise en place
- Thaw frozen mango. Zest the limes and juice.
- In a bowl, toss together the measured out mangoes, lime zest, and juice. Let stand.
- Divide yogurt into 5 cups and top each cup with mango topping.
