Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen diced mango
  • 2 cups nonfat plain yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom or cinnamon

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Add a little water if necessary to thin the Lassi out.

Enjoy!
