Lahmacun Salad Topping

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 C cherry tomatoes
  • 10 radishes
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/2 C parsley
  • 3 tsp lemon
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

Mise En Place

  • Dice the cucumber, quarter the tomatoes, thinly slice the radishes and onion, chop the parsley, and juice the lemon.

Preparation

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  • To make the salad, mix together the vegetables, parsley, and dress with the dressing. Stir gently and set aside.

Serve and enjoy!
