- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 C of olive oil
- 1/3 C of tahini
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1/4 C lemon juice
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Paprika, and parsley to garnish
Mise en place
- Measure out all of the ingredients.
- Using a blender, puree all of the ingredients together.
- If necessary, thin out with water.
- Transfer hummus to a serving bowl.
- Garnish with the paprika and parsley.
- Serve and enjoy with whole grain pita bread or fresh veggies!
