Ingredients

  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 3/4 cup canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed

Directions

In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients.

Toss the mixture.

Serve and enjoy!
