Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 10 whole wheat tortilla chips
  • 1 can (15 ounces) diced bell peppers
  • 1 can (7 ounces) diced tomatoes (no salt added)

Directions

Combine the tomatoes, peppers, and pepper in the mixing bowl.

Evenly divide the salsa between the students. Serve with 2 tortilla chips per student.

Serve and enjoy!
