Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp Ground pepper
  • 10 Whole wheat tortilla chips
  • 1.5 oz Can of peppers
  • 7 oz Can of diced tomatoes (no salt added)

Directions

Mise En Place

  • Combine the tomatoes, peppers, and pepper in the mixing bowl.

Prepare

  • Evenly divide the salsa between the students. Serve with 2 tortilla chips per student.

Serve and enjoy!
