Ingredients

  • 1 carrot, peeled and grated
  • 1 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 portion (about 1/4 cup) of marinade from the fish recipe
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Make the dressing by mixing together the marinade, honey, and mustard, then whisking in the oil.

Mix in the carrots, red cabbage, and green onions. Allow the slaw to sit refrigerated for about 20-30 minutes.

Check for seasoning, and add more salt and pepper if desired.
