- 1 qt water
- 1 T Bergamot, or 1/2 orange, sliced
- 1 T mint, fresh
- 1 T Marjoram, or oregano
- 2 t honey, optional
Mise En Place
- Measure the water, water, mint, honey, and the Marjoram, or oregano.
Brew the tea
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and mix in bergamot or orange and fresh herbs.
- Remove from the heat and allow to steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Strain the tea and mix in honey (if using).
- Serve warm or cold over ice.
