Banana Oat Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana, peeled and mashed
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 cup dates, pre-soaked or 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

Place the dates or raisins into a blender or food processor.

Pulse to avoid the mixture from becoming too runny.

Stop when the mixture is the consistency of a paste.

Mix the paste with the mashed banana.

Add the oats and cinnamon.

Roll mixture into golf ball sized bites.

Serve alone or enjoy with a side of Greek yogurt!
