Ingredients

  • 1/2 pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 ̊F and line a cookie tray with foil or parchment paper.

Mix the cinnamon and honey together and cover the pineapples with the paste until evenly coated.

Place pineapple on baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Serve and enjoy!
