Torn Salad

Ingredients

Salad

  • 4 leaves lettuce, torn, rinsed and dried
  • 1 cup baby spinach, rinsed and dried
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard dressing

Dressing

  • 3 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons mustard
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine yogurt, mustard, honey, salt and pepper in a small bowl, set aside.

Add lettuce, spinach, tomatoes and cheese to medium bowl.

Toss with 2 tablespoons of the honey mustard dressing just before serving.

Serve and enjoy!
