Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoon onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • Cilantro (optional), chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lime, juiced (about 2 tablespoons)

Directions

Add jalapeno and onion to a medium bowl with tomatoes.

Squeeze juice from lime over the bowl.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Garnish with cilantro.
