- 2 Tbsp black olives or green olives
- 1 Tbsp cilantro
- 1 Tbsp lime
- 1 medium avocado
- 1 C cucumber
- 1 C tomato
- 1/2 C cheddar cheese
- 15 oz can refried beans or pinto beans
Mise En Place
- Wash and dry cilantro, cucumber, and tomato.
- Dice tomato, avocado, and slice olives.
- Layer ingredients on a plate or in a bowl, starting with beans on the bottom.
- Add cheese, then vegetables on top. Finish with lime juice and cilantro.
