Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh basil , roughly chopped
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 whole wheat baguette, slice

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Combine herbs, olive oil, and parmesan cheese in a blender. Blend until smooth and evenly combined.

Place baguette slices (herb oil side up) on a parchment-lined sheet tray.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crostini turn golden brown and crispy.
