Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, mashed
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 jalapeño pepper, minced
  • 1/4 onion, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

In a medium sized bowl, add the lime juice over the avocado mash to prevent it from turning brown.

Add the cilantro, garlic, and jalapeno to the avocado mash.

Add the onion and tomato to the bowl.

Fold all the ingredients together using a spatula. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve immediately.
