Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup apples, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup low-fat milk or non-fat milk
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds (raw)

Directions

Combine oats, cinnamon, and milk in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.

Top with apple slices, dried cranberries, and pumpkin seeds.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
