Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line the baking sheet with aluminum foil.
In a mixing bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil, salt, and ground cayenne pepper and cumin until they’re all coated.
Spread them on a baking sheet or pan and roast them in the oven until they’re browned and crisp (between 10-20 minutes). Toss them occasionally to make sure they’re toasting evenly.
