Ingredients

  • 6 cups water
  • 3 stalks celery, diced
  • 3 cups brown rice
  • 2 tablespoons salt

Directions

Combine ingredients in large pot.

Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 40 minutes.

Remove from heat and let stand covered for 10-20 minutes.

Serve hot and enjoy!
