Baked Maduros

Ingredients

  • 2-3 ripe plantains, peeled and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla, optional

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and prep the baking sheet with cooking spray.

Layer plantains on the baking sheet.

Sprinkle the slices with cinnamon.(if using).

Add vanilla.

Bake for 5-8 minutes or until slices begin to brown.

Serve warm and enjoy!
