Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado, pitted and peeled
  • 8 pieces, whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons pepitas
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes

Directions

Using a fork, gently mash the avocado into a paste-like consistency.

Evenly spread the mashed avocado onto each piece of mini toast.

Top with pepitas and red chili flakes.

Serve and enjoy!
