Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 avocado, peeled with pit removed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, garlic
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

Combine chickpeas, avocado, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, and cumin into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

Transfer hummus into a bowl and garnish with olive oil, cilantro, and red pepper flakes.
