Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 cucumber, small dice
  • 1 teaspoon dill, finely chopped
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced (about 1 tablespoon)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Mix the lemon juice, garlic, cucumber, and dill with the yogurt and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Use as a sauce for the Greek Gyro or as a tasty dip or salad dressing.
