Black Bean Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 can (5 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Place drained beans into a medium mixing bowl.

Add freshly chopped ingredients to the black beans.

Add 1/4 cup of cilantro to the top of the mixture.

Squeeze the lime into the salsa.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve and enjoy!
