Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions

Place the chickpeas, nut butter, vanilla extract, and honey in a blender.

Blend this mixture until mixed thoroughly and there are no visible lumps.

Move the cookie dough into a mixing bowl from the blender and add the chocolate chips with a wooden spoon.

Serve into small bowls and enjoy with sliced apples, strawberries or bananas!
