Mango Strawberry Pops

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mango, fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Directions

Add strawberries, 1/2 tablespoon honey, and half of the lemon juice to a blender (or food processor).

Puree and set aside.

Clean blender (or food processor).

Add mango, 1/2 tablespoon honey, and the remaining lemon juice to the blender (or food processor).

Puree and set aside.

Fill popsicle molds or 5 ounces plastic cup with puree, alternating between strawberry and mango. If using cups, insert Popsicle stick into the center of the cup.

Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
