Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 6 scallions, finely chopped
  • 6 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 6 sprigs of fresh thyme, stems removed and chopped
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a blender, add all ingredients.

Blend until smooth.

Season to with salt and pepper to taste.
