Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can cooking spray
  • 2 (5 ounce) cans tuna, drained
  • 1 (16 ounce) package whole wheat pasta
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, reduced sodium
  • 2 cups canned or frozen (defrosted) vegetables of choice
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
  • Mozzarella or Parmesan cheese for topping, optional

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Grease a casserole dish with cooking spray.

Cook pasta according to package instructions.

Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine mushroom soup with pasta, tuna, and vegetables.

Sprinkle bread crumbs and cheese on top of the dish.

Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

Serve and enjoy!
