Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lbs watermelon, seedless
  • 1/4 C unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1/4 C low-fat granola
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice

Directions

Scoop watermelon into cups using ice cream scoops or 1 Tbsp measuring spoon.

Add selected toppings.
