Ingredients

  • 1 lb. watermelon
  • 5 sprigs fresh mint
  • 1 oz. feta cheese , crumbled

Directions

Remove the rind of the watermelon. Dice the watermelon. Mince the mint.

Gently mix the watermelon, mint, and feta together in a mixing bowl.

Serve and enjoy!
